Free consultation on status of residence

札幌国際プラザでは行政書士北海道在留手続協議会と共催で、北海道在住の外国人のために、日本滞在の期間の更新や国際結婚による在留資格の変更などの資格要件や申請書類の作成等についての無料相談会を毎年4月と10月に実施しています。
In cooperation with the Council of Administrative Scriveners for Foreign Registrations in Hokkaido, the Plaza holds a free consultation session every April and October for foreign residents living in Hokkaido on extending one’s period of stay and changing one’s status of residence after an international marriage. Refer to the latest information column of this website for more details, including date and place.

外国籍市民のための法律セミナー・無料法律相談会
Legal seminar & Free legal consultation for foreign nationals

札幌国際プラザでは『外国人法律支援ネットワーク』(Legal Service Network for Foreigners)との共催で、外国籍市民のための法律セミナー・無料法律相談会を年2〜4回実施しています。
In cooperation with the Legal Service Network for Foreigners, the Plaza holds a legal seminar and free legal consultation 2-4 times a year.

法律セミナー：
弁護士が講師となり、外国籍市民と関わりの深い法律問題等の解説を行います。 事前の予約が必要です。弁護士は日本語でセミナーを行いますが、外国語の通訳がつきます(中国語・英語)。
Legal Seminar: Attorneys will host a legal seminar focusing on issues that are close to foreign nationals.Please apply in advance. The seminar will be given in Japanese, but translation will be provided.(Chinese& English)

無料法律相談会：
北海道在住の外国人のために、無料で法律相談（雇用、賃貸借、国籍、離婚、相続など）に応じます。予約は不要ですが、相談は日本語で行いますので、相談を希望される方は日本語がわかる方とご一緒にお越しください。
Free Legal Consultation: Attorneys will provide legal consultation for foreign nationals on issues such as labor, lease, divorce and more.No reservation is necessary. The consultation is available in Japanese only. In case you do not understand Japanese, please bring someone who does.

外国籍市民向け日本文化紹介行事

＜いけ花の展示＞Flower Arrangement
札幌国際プラザフローラルアートグループの皆様のご協力により、サロン入り口にいけ花が展示されています。一週間ごとにお花がいけられ、使用されている花材も紹介されています。
Arranged flowers are exhibited at the entrance of the salon by Floral Art Group Sapporo International Communication Plaza. Flowers are arranged every week and their names are introduced.

＜ひな祭り＞Japanese Doll Festival
ひな祭りを祝ってサロンにお茶席を設けます。社団法人茶道裏千家淡交会の皆様のご協力により、お茶やお菓子、またお茶点て体験などをお楽しみいただけます。
We hold a tea ceremony to celebrate the Japanese Doll Festival with collaboration from Sadou Urasenke Tankoukai. You can enjoy Japanese tea and sweets at the Japanese style salon. You can experience making tea by yourself in the traditional way.
