A major earthquake struck Kumamoto prefecture on Tuesday, July 28. We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to everyone affected by the disaster.

In the event of a major disaster in Sapporo, the Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation (SICPF) will establish the Multilingual Disaster Support Center to support foreign residents.

*Our staff are available to provide consultation in multiple languages at evacuation shelters.
