Sapporo International Communication Plaza: Looking for participants for “Disaster Prevention Day for Foreign nationals"(Oct.20)

An event will be held for foreign nationals and their family to learn about disaster prevention. In the morning, we will visit the Sapporo Citizens Disaster Prevention Center to experience earthquake simulation, fire extinguishing, and smoke evacuation simulation. After that, we will move to the gymnasium to experience an evacuation shelter and introduce how to use disaster prevention goods. In addition, we will try yoga and stretching exercises that can be done at the evacuation center to prevent economy class syndrome.
 
Date & Time: Sunday, October 20, 9:00-16:30
Meeting place: Sapporo International Communication Plaza at 9:00. We will take a chartered bus.
Number of participants: 40 foreign nationals and their family/friends (first-come, first-served)
Participation fee: Free
